Unusually for us a part boat charter. 10 people, 5 divers from our club enjoyed a fabulous week on the MV Honeydew.

The weather was very threatening as we looked forward to our trip. Extreme winds forecast. As it turned out our diving was a little restricted and we did have a ‘lumpy’ day but all on board enjoyed ourselves. As Alex had warned us the food is fabulous and the team very attentive and competent.
Back into Lerwick each day because of the weather (wind). As you can see we had a fair bit of sunshine.
Dives
Pionersk – huge Russian factory ship
Giants Legs – two pillars at the end of a rocky promontory with deep cave and swim throughs
Walls – on Bressay, Noss and Mainland
E49 – WW1 submarine half exposed on yellow sand – exceptionally scenic
First for me – Lethodes (Stone crab)
Lots of Nudibranchs (which I struggle to see !!!!)
