Congratulations to Sam Worrall on achieving his Ocean Diver qualification at Capernwray yesterday.
With conditions more like the Carribean (30.5 degrees air temperature) getting kitted up and to and from the water in full drysuit was challenging. Fortunately, in the water was lovely. 19 degrees in the shallows. As you can see from the background it was very like Brighton beach with all the sun worshippers out !
Sam overcame his ‘bete noir’, a mask off and replace, with real determination that ‘this was the day’. Well done. It was good to see.
