The best opportunity in the world to dive with large mammals. The seals are on their home turf in the Farnes but are so used to divers they do not feel threatened. The opportunities for interaction, on the seals terms of course, are immense. Just to see them underwater is a privilege.
We stay in Seahouses which has plenty of local attractions. Fish and Chips, historic pubs, close by Lindisfarne (Holy Island), Bamburgh Castle, Grace Darling museum, Craster and Dunstanburgh Castle.
