In order to make the administration of the club a little easier we are moving to branch membership subs being taken by an addition to the BSAC national direct debit.
All club members will pay £5/month plus the BSAC national national membership.
There may be additional fees for training grades and SDCs.
The committee unanimously agreed anyone not paying by Direct Debit from June will not be considered a club member.
Anyone who does not appear on the club levy list, or who cannot evidence attempts to be added (by BSAC national), will be removed from club mailing lists and WhatsApp groups.
This is both to ensure fairness that all members are contributing to club funds and to avoid issues with lapsed members.
The committee unanimously agreed any continued Standing Orders payments from June 2025 will be considered donations to the club and not constitute club fees.
Standing orders are controlled by the payee, not the club, so club members past and present are solely responsible for cancelling them if they so wish.
