| Octopush
takes place every Monday (except Bank Holidays) throughout the year
(including school holidays) from 8:00 till 9:00pm at
the Huddersfield Sports Centre. It is a
structured session consisting of fun warm ups,
skill development coaching and games supervised by our
coaches Janice, Tom, Andrew and Stewart.
As
you gain experience, you will be able to pass
the puck further and with more accuracy.
Experienced players are able to pass the puck
3-5 metres. You will also feel
fitter and be able to stay under water for
longer.
Branch members
regularly play in regional and national leagues.
Some of our members have represented the U.K. in
international competitions around the world.
In
addition to playing Octopush, you will soon be
able to take the BSAC Snorkel Diver
qualification, which will be taught by fully
qualified instructors from our Club.
