Hire arrangements for the Sports Centre All
-
Pete Edwards met
with Sarah Flanaghan (Operations Manager, Sports Centre) today
regarding the long term hire agreements at the pool. SF stated that
we did not have a hire agreement in place. SF also stated that we
should be paying £90.00 per hour and £15 per room.
-
SF stated that
these costs should stand. Also, that these figures do not include
an allowance for equipment or compressor
-
From 1st
May 2004, SF offered that we could hire rooms at £15 per room and
the pool at £62 per session. SF has also agreed to allowing
storage of equipment and re-installation of the compressor
dependant on receipt of risk assessments and training for club
members in these areas. This offer is fixed until April 2005.
-
Martin
Charlesworth will investigate whether we should be paying VAT on
these amounts and will advise accordingly MC to report to Richard
Robinson as soon as possible.
-
The committee
approved this agreement and Pete Edwards will communicate this back
to Sarah Flanaghan. Pete will also attempt to
-
Ray Dawson, Dave
Colley and Helen Rhodes will coordinate the risk assessments as soon
as possible
-
The increase in
costs will be recovered from an increase in trainee subscriptions
and an increase in overall Richard Robinson to e-mail proposals
prior to next meeting
