will send out a request for volunteers to all club members to create
a sub-committee to investigate the requirements involved in making a

Colne Valley Clear Up
Project - Volunteers to date are Jon Booth, Dave Colley, Andy
Briggs, Chris Hall and Steve Hill - Stewart will forward location
details on receipt from the organiser at the Colne Valley Trust

Compressor should be running
in two weeks

Cylinders are not being
refilled consistently when borrowed

Faulty kit is not being
reported. A book will be provided to report kit problems to
ensure that problems can be fixed

Chris Hall will be pressed
to prepare a kit maintenance course (with the example of replacing
the High Pressure swivel 'O' ring)

A.Briggs will be ensuring
that the idividual items of kit are 'married' up. This message
will be reinforced

Possible loan of diving equipment to Hudds Tech College (C.Hall)

C.Hall is starting as an
instructor working with college students. It has been asked
whether we would be willing to offer the use of our equipment for
use on Thursday mornings (provisional). It was pointed out
that this would definitely support an subsequent lottery funding
bids.

The committee agreed that in
principle we were happy to assist in this scheme

details with the college and will report back

Compressor Insurance Policy Renewal (S.Leahy)

It was agreed not to renew
the compressor insurance as it was deemed unnecessary
-
Regarding Sport Divers
Insurance it was agreed to only insure to the value of £1000.00 the
two O2 kits and spurious Open Water Kit - SCL to check the options
available
