Huddersfield BSAC18

3 members of BSAC18 braved freezing temperatures to be part of a world record attempt for the most people ironing underwater at the same time.

The record was held by the Australians until now! the Brits took it back, 128 divers took to the water with 86 qualifying for the record

The event took place at the NDAC in Chepstow and was a massive success not only did we beat the Ausies but over £10,000 was raised for the RNLI

The record attempt attracted huge media interest and our 3 intrepid 'iron men' as they were called featured in the Examiner and also live on Calendar thankfully the Calendar footage is no longer available online! phew but the newspaper cuttings are.
